I just want to share the experience I had with recent purchase of Accord from this dealership. Initially much before visiting to different showrooms for test drive, I was alarmed by my friends that I sho purchase of Accord from this dealership. They gave me the excellent service & the deal I was looking for. I never felt any pressure & Skip explained me the whole process. Financial specialist explained me the whole process of payment & there was no hidden surprises for me. I would like to convey special Thanks to Skip Wilson for his excellent service. He really has lot of patience & explained everything slowly & never was in a hurry. I always felt that he wanted to help me with all my demands. When we stopped by Ken Garff of Riverdale we were already frazzled and not sure what to expect. We met Ryan, their new sales person and our concerns were immediately put to rest. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and walk you through any concerns or questions, and believe me we had lots of questions. Ryan was so friendly and very easy to talk to. He made sure someone knew about my problem (Kevin Atwood)and I was taken care of immediately. Kevin was also great. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I had a couple of questions about accessories, he answered them, and I will probably be back to purchase some side steps for my CRV. Phil was very knowledgable about the financing.I would have liked to have been offered a little more on my potential trade in, but all in all it was a good experience. More
