Had an issue with broken suspension bolts and a rusty frame. Rick J. brought it into both the service center and body shop for consult. They couldn’t help, but were honest and didn’t even charge. There was also a woman working late for a warranty inspection that helped us navigate the construction and get the car dropped off much more smoothly than if we had come in and tried to drop off ourselves. I needed a new AC compressor and it was a “dealer only” item which caused it to be more expensive. Total bill out-the-door was just over $2k. It stinks but I need AC and it over and done. My car is around 70K miles. I took it in and was told the 7 year maintenance would be around $3K. I was like let's just do an oil change. I got home and Kyle called me, and I s I took it in and was told the 7 year maintenance would be around $3K. I was like let's just do an oil change. I got home and Kyle called me, and I said let's just do the 7 year maintenance. He said something along the lines of cheaper to do now, then later because my car is already being worked on. He was supposed to call me back with the price. He never did. When he contacted me back to tell me my car is almost done, he was like sorry, I was too busy. And I had to remind him to order my a Lyft I get to the dealership, someone else rings me out and it's $4 not $3K!!! I think they felt I was being ripped off and they gave me 3 free extra car washes. I get in my car my oil life says 20%. I get the follow up text and mention this, and Kyle doesn't respond when I asked him if I can bring it in on Saturday to fix this. I guess he got too busy. Plus, I'm paranoid now as to whether your mechanic did the work since apparently he forgot too. I bring it in and see how you guys reset it. You didn't even check if my oil was changed. Plus, you could have just told me how to do this over the phone. What a waste of my time I told my employee how I was ripped off at Honda. And he tells me he knew someone used to be a tech at Honda and what they do is charge the highest amount of time worked on a car, regardless of how much time they spent on the car Your bill is confusing to read. When I brought my car in to reset the oil button the guy added it to and said that's about right. Over $2K in labor!!! Are you kidding me!!! We went from 3K to 4K because Kyle was too busy to communicate clearly. When he texted about taking your survey if there was anything wrong , please tell him if there's anything he can fix I basically told him he could refund me my $1K back. He blamed it on miscommunication. Wow, maybe if he'd communicate and your billing was more transparent we wouldn't have this issue. On top of that when I went to get my car, you guys started saying 100K maintenance instead of 7 year or 75K miles. So if I drive enough to hit 100K miles this year I'll be out another $4K dollars. I asked the guy helped reset my oil, and he was like, yup. Forget it, this is the first Honda I've bought and probably the last and I just will stop having it serviced there after my last oil change 3 deal packaged oil change. Even other things dealerships I've felt they tried to scam me telling me I need a food change and you can in tell they didn't even check to actually see. You should have just given me my $1K back, because everyone I talk to tells me I got overcharged. It's not good word of mouth marketing for you. More
