I had a really good experience, the desk team was great, waiting areas and refreshments were very nice, having the TV on in the kid room would've been a plus. The repairs seem to hold and be done properly, the video is nice, the staff very nice and accommodating, and they have kept my Hyundai Tuscon in good shape for 20 years. You're either gonna get a skill set and do it yourself, or you're going to pay the price they want and tell yourself it's cheaper than a new car. More
While everyone was super helpful and friendly, Sina, my salesperson was excellent. I will start by saying I am very grateful for how my car looks. However it was quite the ordeal to get this taken care of. I was originally told yes, my car was under paint warranty and I even provided the looks. However it was quite the ordeal to get this taken care of. I was originally told yes, my car was under paint warranty and I even provided the letter as proof. Waited for a loaner car, never heard anything. I came back a few weeks later and someone who I think is a manger gave me a ton of attitude when I brought up the paint and loaner vehicle again. He stated I was 9 months too late and definitely not under warranty. So when I came back to pick up my car I had gone onto Hyundais website, typed in my vin and they indeed confirmed I was under warranty. So I brought this up, and oh what do you know I am under warranty. It doesn’t stop there, unfortunately. I waited 3 weeks which is whatever I knew it was gonna take a little while, but when I called to get updates no one ever knew an ETA. When I was finally told an ETA which was I could pick it up first thing in the morning on 12/30, called at 7:30 am on 12/30 to see if the car was ready and I was again told we don’t have an ETA on your car but we’ll call you in a few hours. I waited all day from 7:30 am till about 3 pm and never got a call. I finally called again asking if it was ready and they told me it had been ready but I was never informed. On top of that a white handprint was left on my cars interior from the paint and a part of my chair is broken when it wasn’t before. I don’t even dare call to get it fixed because I don’t wanna be without a car for another three weeks. Overall super frustrating experience, but I guess at least my car looks nice. I'll provi More
