Communication was terrible between the sales manager, the salesman, the finance manager, the service department and us. At our arrival, they were very kind and helpful. It turned into the typical "used car experience," where you feel pressured to buy, they won't let you leave, they keep having to 'see if their manager will go for this' even though the numbers weren't where we wanted them. It was a long, stressful process. But when we finally got what we were expecting and agreed to buy it wasn't relayed to the finance manager and the final paperwork. So it was a fight all over again trying to get everything in the paperwork that we thought we had already agreed upon. If the car hadn't been exactly what we were looking for we would have left on several occasions. More

Brian was very helpful, he helped us set some standards of what I was looking for, he then showed us some cars while always finding the shortest distance for my grandmother whom was having a hard time gett of what I was looking for, he then showed us some cars while always finding the shortest distance for my grandmother whom was having a hard time getting around.
