We felt they were trustworthy They listened to us and let me ask lots of questions Overall the process was quick and painless No games, the Final price was exactly as we negotiated (no last-minute surprises)--well actually there was one bump but Glauco kept the paper we had written that detail on and the finance person honored what was written. There was NO high pressure Up-Sell on dealership Add On's (a pet peeve of mine).
