I live 5 minutes away from a Lexus Dealership, but his quick response and the recommendation of a relative help me make the decision to 'check out' DCH of Santa Barbara, which is 45 minutes away. Me and my partner had visited 4 dealership in the nearby area, and test drove 2 cars, but the service and negotiation experience were disappointing. Made an appointment the following day, arrived and the described car was waiting to be driven, Joe went above and beyond to assist us and make us laugh the whole time. After visiting DCH Lexus and looking over some models, I went on to some nearby dealerships for other makes and found most of the sales people pleasant to deal with, but Michael seemed the most invested in making sure I had a good experience. I work at a family-owned business that takes great pride in treating its customers right, giving them the best advice and support possible, and considers them part of the family. I felt the same good vibe at DCH Lexus with Michael as well as Steve Garcia. They gave me a very good deal and went out of their way to overcome obstacles and hold-ups regarding paperwork etc. More

Glauco was very friendly and informative and made the transaction stress free. Joe Green was also very accommodating working with us on price and was very persuasive and passionate about Lexus products. The only downfall is if you are not serious about buying a Lexus don't get in one because you will be hooked! More
