When I arrived for my appointment, Derek coordinated the use of a loaner car to make my experience even more comfortable and convenient. Extremely disappointing for a Lexus dealer As current owner of an LS400 and IS300 I was happy to hear there would finally be a dealer in Santa Barbara, so I didn't have to drive to horrible an As current owner of an LS400 and IS300 I was happy to hear there would finally be a dealer in Santa Barbara, so I didn't have to drive to horrible and shady dch Lexus of oxnard where i was sold a GS with odometer fraud. So to hear the Santa Barbara dealer was also owned by dch I was optimistic that maybe this locations service would be on a higher standard because of the level of clientele in Santa Barbara but then i got there it was clearly a smaller mini clone of the oxnard dealer with even some of the same shady faces from the oxnard dealer with the same unlexus like customer service. I allways try to get thru to parts or service department which is pretty much impossible because its only one person running both departments apparently so the only way to get thru is if u call and yell at the operator and demand to speak to somebody and not be but on hold forever. And even if you do get thru they're too busy or never have any parts in stock they will just tell you its discontinued, but if I go on eBay I can find the parts im looking for brand new from plenty if other Lexus dealers shipped to my door. I would not recommend this dealer for anything if you want the true Lexus experience its worth it to make the trip to Lexus of Beverly Hills where I have had many great experiences, or even longo Lexus in elmonte is better. More
Class, class and more class I had taken my LS460 to a dealership in Northern California and experienced less than stellar results. My husband recommended I take it to DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara since we had dealt with another DCH dealership with my other Lexus (this is our 3rd LS). From the scheduling of my appointment online, through the service process and the delivery of my car back to me; absolutely top notch. Derek was incredible in his research, communication and follow through. This experience, thanks to Derek, has completely renewed my faith in dealerships and Lexus in particular. This dealership is the epitome of class and customer service and I will never trust my car to anyone else. Thank you for Derek and the rest of your outstanding team! More

The quality of work is fantastic and prices are fair. There is also an espresso machine, complimentary snacks and fruit juices and they truly do offer spa services as well! I am eager to buy a new Lexus at DCH because I love everything about my IS250, but also because visiting the service department at Lexus is easy and pleasant, and hope they will allow me to do so via my favorite service manager because I feel closer to him than some of my relatives! And I definitely like him more. :) DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara is the absolute BEST. More
I had been dealing with another transmission shop for three months to resolve a problem on my '05 300IS. It became a fear of mine to see if the check engine light would return back on, since it reappea three months to resolve a problem on my '05 300IS. It became a fear of mine to see if the check engine light would return back on, since it reappeared so frequently due to the mysterious transmission problem. I finally took the car to DCH Lexus and could not be happier. Everyone there was extremely professional and specifically, Danny Azrik, Tony Carbajal, Derek Bishop and Angel Ramirez. From the beginning, I trusted them and their recommendations. Not only did they well take care of me, they steam cleaned under my front hood which was not required. Because I learned how exceptional the service department is at DCH Lexus, I am encouraged even more to make Lexus my next choice of new car when that time comes. Thank you DCH Lexus for having such a quality team! More

SAFETY AND SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE for anyone buying a vehicle, especially a used one. The wonderful folks at DCH believe that too. Dana Ochoa helped us search for a pre-owned Lexus. We found and purch vehicle, especially a used one. The wonderful folks at DCH believe that too. Dana Ochoa helped us search for a pre-owned Lexus. We found and purchased one from a non Lexus dealership, but that made no difference to Dana. She congratulated us and offered to introduce us to the DCH service team to answer any questions and provide service if needed. We took her up on that offer and we are glad we did. Service Consultant Danny Ambriz scheduled an appointment to review the vehicle and make sure it was in good working order. When we arrived Edward Simeon assisted us by going over the service and maintenance records available on our Lexus then turned it over to the service department for inspection. What they found was a safety issue requiring immediate attention. We took the information to the dealer we purchased the vehicle from and they handled it under the 90-day warranty. We appreciated Edward's presentation of the information as no-fault. Meaning, the issue was discovered due to the specialized training of the Lexus mechanics and not the failure of the dealership we purchased it from. Thank you Dana, Danny, Edward and the Lexus service team - we appreciate each and everyone of you more than you know. More
