I am so disappointed in the way I was treated by manny Villalobos. He was rude, disrespectful and didn’t answer my questions. This is my 3rd time purchasing a new vehicle (2 Nissan’s prior) and this is Villalobos. He was rude, disrespectful and didn’t answer my questions. This is my 3rd time purchasing a new vehicle (2 Nissan’s prior) and this is the first time I was treated with such disdain. I really believed in the Helpful Honda guys slogan. I can’t say I feel the same now. He ruined what should have been a joyous event for me and my god I’d of thought giving a $10,000 down payment I would get some respect from a dealership. To top it all off he gave me a blank flash drive with what was supposed to have my contract and I have zilch The only positive, polite and respectful employees I worked with are Prince and Nader as I’ve said Manny is an utter disappointment and needs additional training on the customer service that HE LACKS. One of the WORST places to purchase a vehicle. On April 4, 2022.. I bought a Range Rover from this dealership, which has already overheated and is estimated to cost over $7,000 in repairs. Thankfully, I purchased Honda Care, which the dealership is saying should cover the repairs, but both Honda Care and Honda Corporate offices are saying they will NOT. I'd love to add.. that I haven't even made my first car payment and am already being faced with all these issues. I have purchased many cars before, and at this point wish I would've just kept my Mercedes-Benz trade-in. I'm out of a car as they do not provide loaner vehicles. In short, they sold me a car which some may say is a LEMON. More
I brought my car in as there is a defect in the windshield. It is a new car and they kept it overnight because they said they need a "special camera" to capture the defect. They said they checked five other customers' Insights and found the same problem. When I picked up the car today, the service report was a complete falsehood denying there was a problem. More

Hayden Garcia was great!! He explain everything about the car and he have a great attitude and a lot of knowledge about cars 🙌🏼 I was having fun buying my first Honda , i told them i was giving 16k down payment i had 3k cash and the rest in my car hayden explain that i had to call my bank to tell them to change my limit on my car , everything was great till i walk inside the room with David Castillo 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Worst customer service he was with a angry face the hold time like he was mad made me feel really uncomfortable i wanted to stand up and say I’m sorry but i can’t buy a car from someone that have the attitude i will take my business somewhere else 😪 but i feel bad for Hayden cause he did such a good job and it wasn’t his fault, and the worst was that it looked like David Castillo was his superior so he couldn’t say anything , than the next day i come back with the rest of the money and some Asian guy help me and i had 13k cash and in all my past buying cars they look happy cause i just bought a car and they use to congratulate me but not here this guy was like 😡 13k all in cash?!!!!!!! And i guess they didn’t have the machine to count the money so he told me to start counting the money and to separate in 1,000 with attitude 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ I was like woaw it looks like i work for him really bad experience i love my new car and i was happy with Hayden customer service but the rest made me feel to never come back or referred family and friends here cause they don’t have customer service, when buying a car for 5yrs the least they can do is make you feel that you made the right choice and to make this experience the best specially if it’s your first time , thank god i been around and bought cars from different dealers but this was the worst experience and i hate when people write bad reviews this is actually my first time doing this and i hate doing it but those guys they need to learn how to appreciate customers More
