Windshield was available but could get an appointment for over month. Finally went to appt and was told 10 hrs into appt they didn’t have a windshield, they had given windshield to another customer. I actually was not happy when I brought my car in for a recall appointment. I was told I would not be given a loaner vehicle and was upset because this issue was an issue with Mercedes Benz. This was an i recall appointment. I was told I would not be given a loaner vehicle and was upset because this issue was an issue with Mercedes Benz. This was an inconvenience on me missing work. I then learned the issue would only take about an hour to fix, so I was ok with that. The staff and service personnel were fantastic. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy or service their Mercedes Benz vehicle. More

The people in the service department are exceptional. Work was completed quicker than I had expected. The drop off box made it easy for me to drop off my car on my time.
