My service experience not only didn't exceed expectations, but it didn't meet my lowest expectations. My experience was far below what I would expect as even regular customer service. You had my expectations, but it didn't meet my lowest expectations. My experience was far below what I would expect as even regular customer service. You had my car for 5 days and were unable to correctly diagnose the problem even with diagnostic paperwork from another mercedes dealership. On day 5 of having my car, I was told the noise I was hearing was my breaks and my bumper. This diagnosis was given with gross negligence of service and due diligence. I was also told the bumper was loose because the splash guard was missing! Your defensiveness and abrasive conduct/communication not only interfered with the issue being resolved but also left me feeling unheard and frustrated. When I came into your office to resolve the issue in person, I was put in the waiting room until you left for the day, seemingly running away from the problem and any potential resolution. The worst part was when I came to approach you about how long my wait time was and my concern you were going to leave, I walked in on you talking negatively to the other employees calling me a 'psychopath'. I've addressed some of these issues with Angela and plan to continue to work with her to address and resolve all of these flagrant problems with my experience and the customer service at Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City. More

The service department did a good job, but my overall experience at your dealership has been consistently below my expectations. When I got there, the service department had nothing scheduled by him. They were great to fit me in, but the coordination was extremely frustrating. This is my first time as a Mercedes owner. I have owned Audis for years and was used to my service experience at Strong Audi. Here is where they deliver a better experience: You are greeted quickly and typically have a service reminder email sent prior to the appointment There is coffee, water, snacks available with a great seating area if you need to wait. My car was washed each time I took my car to the dealership, with an interior vacuum each time. Your service department did not offer any kind of transportation to me to return to get my car, even though I used it when I dropped it off. At Audi, I was always given the option of a loaner or a ride back. At the end of each service at Audi, I received a video and summary of the work completed. I love my car. But my experience at your dealership has not been good. Your service representatives are good and professional, but each time I have been there I have left with a negative feeling. If I were to purchase another Mercedes, I will likely select a different dealership. More
