Scott Damron was amazing ! He was very professional, informed, and efficient! He sent us pictures ahead to save time for we were coming a long way. This was our second vehicle we have bought from Mesquite Ford. The knowledge and patience that was extended to us was far passed excellence We were looking for a fairly new used vehicle. This first one Scott showed us was black, a color I didn't care for. We had to go to Las Vegas that day and Scott told us to take the Lincoln Rv and see if it was what we were looking for. By the time we returned from Vegas Scott had a silver Lincoln ready for us to look at. While we were gone he had found one a different color than black and had it ready for us to try it out. By letting us take the Lincoln to Vegas we were able to determine this was the car we wanted, again we didn't like the color. , but as I pointed out above Scott had solved that problem for us. Scott has been in contact with us several times by phone and by letter letting us know if we had any problems or questions please let him know, this was all after we bought the car. What great follow up!!!!!!! Again we would recommend this dealership to all. Thanks again, Scott, for making the purchase of this vehicle a great experience. More

I have to admit I am sorry for taking so long to respond to this review but I tend to procrastinate! Nonetheless, I must impart that this is one of the few dealerships in the world that I have dealt with t to this review but I tend to procrastinate! Nonetheless, I must impart that this is one of the few dealerships in the world that I have dealt with that are worth reviewing at all. David Heath and colleages are the most informed, patient, kind and cooperative people I have ever worked with. They even accepted a trade-in this time that I thought for sure could not even be considered. Now, be advised, I do not go into a dealership half-cocked either. I recommend always to be prepared with what you want including some extensive study on the particulars, options and backup plans. This is the only way a person is taken seriously! My wife and I have purchased a 2012 travel trailer and, recently, a 2013 Ford F-150 Crew Cab. We could not be happier. Thanks again, David! We will see you soon on our first check-up. Dean More
