Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale

I bought my 2022 hybrid RAV4 back in September 2025 from Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale. I thought I was getting a good deal and the Carfax was clean. Lo and behold, this was not the case. Not even a week later Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale. I thought I was getting a good deal and the Carfax was clean. Lo and behold, this was not the case. Not even a week later after purchasing the vehicle, the hybrid system malfunction light appears. Come to find out, this warning appeared in the history of the vehicle but was NEVER disclosed. You'd think a car dealership would know about this, right? Or at least have the expertise to find out. Not the case. I take the car in to Toyota and tell Ken Garff staff of the issue. Mind you, Ken Garff was VERY responsive when I was purchasing the car and up until they found out the cost of the issue. After Toyota diagnosed the issue Ken Garff started to be unresponsive. They said all messages would be forwarded to their legal team. After 2 weeks of trying to contact their legal team and leaving messages, no one would call me back. Finally, the receptionists says "we don't have a legal team, you will have to call corporate". These guys are dishonest and only want your money. Very bad experience working with this team. I talked to people who worked here years ago and they are appalled by how these guys have treated me. More

Gio was extremely honest and forthcoming. I was looking at purchasing a vehicle remotely and Gio was my salesperson. I was very interested and was going to drive down from Montana next week. I’d asked Gio to check out a few things which were important to me concerning the vehicle. He called me back and said the items I’d asked him to check were good…..but it was a smokers vehicle and would I be ok with that. That was a deal breaker for me. Gio could have just left it at the checklist I’d given him but he was totally honest with me about all aspects of the car. Would do business with him and the dealership in a heartbeat. Good integrity which is hard to find these days. More
