Ken Garff Nissan Riverdale

Sales person was great! Finance took forever. They also charged 1000 more than was agreed too. We agreed to the avertised price online at 28900. They had the paperwork at Finance took forever. Don't know if that is a typical tactic they use but considering it was the 5th car i have purchased from them and all they gave me was 500 customer loyalty? There was supposed to be a 4000 dollar rebate. My paper work showed 3500 plus the 500 customer loyalty. I even put 5000 down which they complained they were losing money because of that? Ken Graff really needs to pull thier heads out and start treating people like they may actually know xxx is going on! My next car will probably purchased from Tim Dahle. Ken Garff got lucky they had the specific car I was looking for. More
