We told him what was going on and theyou accommodated us right away. They said the wait would be 5 hours no more then 2 hours later they said our truck was ready. It gets better too, when I went to sign the deal the rate went down 1% to just 0.9%. I would go find Ricky Chastain if looking for a new Ford. Make sure to use the senior finance guy too. More

My salesperson, Andy Leclair, showed me what they had in their inventory, listened to my interests, and then worked with the staff to find the vehicle I was after through another dealer. They secured that vehicle and had it delivered quickly. They never bound me to anything...It was never a "hard sell", I ended up getting the vehicle I wanted at what I think was a very fair price. (I'd actually looked at a similar vehicle at a Las Vegas dealership and was quoted a price thousands of dollars more than what Ken Garff was able to get me into it for!) I have no hesitation in recommending Ken Garff St, George Ford to anyone who wants a positive car/truck buying experience. More
