The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was in the signing of all the docs. We were asked about extended purchasing an extended waranty. The gentlemen that helped us made us feel like we were buying a product that could have a lot of problems, so the extended warraty was a must. (It raises the price of the vehicle a great deal, under pressure.)If two of my brothers weren't already driving Jettas, I might have changed my mind. We appreciated Gregs help as well as Neil, in the service department. We love the car and hope that the extended warranty we purchased won't be needed. Thanks, the Lundgreens More

I never felt like a customer at SanTan VW; I always felt like a friend! I was a first-time buyer and had been searching for my "new" car from varying dealerships around the Phoenix area. Within seconds ( like a friend! I was a first-time buyer and had been searching for my "new" car from varying dealerships around the Phoenix area. Within seconds (literally!) of sending an email to SanTan VW to ask about a vehicle, Patrick called me. He was very friendly,funny, and not at all pushy, so we made an appointment to meet that night. When I walked into the dealership, I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped, instead of the usual, "Hi, what are you looking to buy today?" that I had experienced with most of the other dealerships. Patrick showed me the car I had emailed about, and he helped me check it out with a fine-tooth comb. Even though it was a trade-in and the Make wasn't one that he was too familiar with, he had clearly done lots of research on the car and was able to provide tons of helpful information. After a great test drive, I knew I'd found my car!! The "negotiating" process was smooth and Patrick explained all of my options; I got my car at a great price and all of my requests were included in the deal. Patrick even stayed long after his shift was over to make sure that I got everything I needed before I left, AND he came in the next day (his day off) to be able to watch me drive off the lot with my car!! I can't say enough good things about how much I enjoyed working with him. Mark in finance was also wonderful! He made the process make total sense and worked hard to get me a great rate and made sure that I was "in the loop" every step of the way. I will absolutely be using SanTan VW the next time I'm looking for a car. More

Patrick (our salesman) treated us with the utmost respect, not pushing us toward our final decision. He was very patient and kind. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made us feel very comfortable about your quick decision. He even gave us a referral for a great restaurant to celebrate at after the paperwork was signed! Mark, in finance, was quick and efficient, friendly too. We were in and out of financing in about thirty minutes - that must be a record! I can't praise San Tan Volkswagen enough. I would definitely recommend that you go and give them a try. At the very least you will have a good experience in a new lovely building. More
