Me and my fiance have been car shopping for a little while we were in the chandler area. We stopped at big two toyota and they were being the normal i will tell you what you want to hear till the final while we were in the chandler area. We chose to say no to them the next day and went to carmax and they were not helpful at all, we were about to go get food then i suggested that we stopped at vw real quick. Patrick came out and the rest was easy he said it would be the easiest car buying anyone would go through and for someone like me that does not have that great of credit it went through faster then i have seen a person with better credit. I do think Patrick for everything he did but it was not just him it was everyone there from him to his sales manager to the finance guy all the way up to vw finance we both think you all. After a recent car accident I decided it was time for a new vehicle. I had wanted a Passat for some time and decided to try the Costco auto program, hoping to get a good price on the car. Jack, my salesman, offered to pick me up and drive me back to the dealership. I was very pleased that he made the offer, especially since he had to pick me up on a Friday after work driving in horrible traffic. This was buy far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. After telling Jack the model car I wanted, he called the next day to tell me he had located the exact car I wanted, down to the paint color and interior. After the paper work was signed, Jack spent time making sure I understood how all the features worked and assuring me it would be fine to call him with any future questions.
