I was pleasantly surprised to find a new VW dealership close to my house and actually was headed to the Ford dealership next door when I stumbled on San Tan VW. I never made it to Ford as I ended up buying a new 2011 Jetta TDI Sedan. The car is perfect as expected, but the entire purchasing experience far exceeded my expectations. Patrick McGuire was great, he knew the cars and wasn't your typical pushy sales guy. Christian in Finance was also awesome, he gave me a great deal and I would buy my next 10 cars from ruses guys. A+++ all the way. More

This was my first time getting a new car. I was a little nervous about the whole situation. But as soon as Ron started talking to us, I became comfortable. Andre is very passionate and easy going. He is all about connecting with us. At the same time, he is as knowledgeable as a car sales can be. We are also impressed by his dedication. I had a great experience at San Tan VW. I went to Thorobred Chevy right before and they were very shifty when trying to work out a deal. They were not friendly and talked down to me. I think by far this is the best experince that I had buying a car from a dealer!! I had called several other dealerships and they were not so friendly over the phone. I traded in my 2004 Mazda 3 for a 2011 Volkswagen Golf. This is my first VW and I LOVE IT!!! Hal (his real name is Your Pal Hal) was my sales guy and he greeted me immediately. I wasn't necessarily set on This is my first VW and I LOVE IT!!! Hal (his real name is Your Pal Hal) was my sales guy and he greeted me immediately. I wasn't necessarily set on buying a new car "that day" but I knew I wanted a Golf so I had built one online and brought in the paper to show Hal what I wanted. As soon as I drove one though, it was all over. I've never had more fun on a test drive. That little car is so solid and has so much power! Hal was very knowledgeable about the car and he explained all the details to me. My favorite was Sport mode. :) As soon as we got back from the drive, Hal found the car that I wanted at another dealer and it was delivered a couple of hours later. I bought the black 2 door Golf with 17" chrome wheels, and everyone tells me how nice it looks! My Mazda was a great car, but this car is in a totally different class. I'm so glad I bought it! Thank you to everyone who helped to make it happen, especially Hal. And thank you Tone for showing me those beautiful chrome wheels that weren't even out of the box yet! Everyone loves them. He took the time to explain all of the features of the 2011 Jetta's until we found the model that was right for us. When he needed to finish up with a previous customer, Hal stepped in and took us on a test drive. Hal was great and fun to work with.After we purchased our new Jetta, Andre took us on a tour of the dealership. He also took the time to explain all of the features on the car and showed me how everthing worked ,he even helped me set up my radio stations. Andre wanted to make sure I was very comfortable in my new car. he also told me to call at any time if I have any questions . I feel very comfortable recommending SanTan Volkswagon to my friends.
