Took my Truck to dealership for oil change and tire rotation. When I got my truck back they said they did both. After I got home I realized they never did tire rotation even though the paper work showe rotation. When I got my truck back they said they did both. After I got home I realized they never did tire rotation even though the paper work showed it was done. Took it back a few days later when I had time. Service man tried to tell me they did rotation BUT I proved him wrong. That will be last time I allow them to touch my tires. More

Received a call asking if I'd like to make an appointment for an oil change that is due. Made appointment, nice customer service. Dropped my car off. Received a lift home. Then 10 minutes later I received a for an oil change that is due. Made appointment, nice customer service. Dropped my car off. Received a lift home. Then 10 minutes later I received a ready for pick up text. That was quicker than the hour and half wait time, nice. Then called to request a lift back to my car. Very nice experience thank you. More
