Your service department installed a new TIPM in my 2006 Ram. I noticed that the airbag light stayed on and would not turn off. They said to bring in the next day, and they might have to charge me a diagnos Ram. I noticed that the airbag light stayed on and would not turn off. They said to bring in the next day, and they might have to charge me a diagnostic fee. I was out of town and not able to bring it in. I figured it out! The fuse #20 & 21 was not plugged in all the way in the new TIPM that was installed. I would have thought that your technician should have caught this when it was started after the repair. I believe Ken Garff owes me a diagnostic charge. Not Happy!! More
