Got me scheduled in promptly, performed the work requested quickly and kept me informed of the progress. My service writing was very professional and came to the waiting room to let me know my vehic requested quickly and kept me informed of the progress. My service writing was very professional and came to the waiting room to let me know my vehicle was finished. She offered me a carwash coupon, which was very nice, but I declined it as I have a monthly prepaid, so asked her to pass it to her next customer. This location is a 50min drive for me, but I'll keep coming back here as they make it such a nice experience. More

Made an appointment when I got there, I was told it would be 3 days before they could even look at my van. There should be some type of notification for this when scheduling appointments.
