I had to pay over $280. 00 to get my truck and all they did was plug in to my computer and tell me I have a weak battery. I don't feel like they really hear me. The dealership itself is nice and well-organized. A couple of things could be improved: the mother and child corner wasn't very clean, and the parts department wasn't particularly helpful when I was looking for a cargo cover. We were also told the process would take about 45 minutes but it ended up being over 90 — not ideal when you have a wife and a baby with you. That said, John more than made up for it and I would still recommend this dealership. More
