WARNING! Do not bring your vehicle here for anything! I just took my truck here which I purchased from this same dealership ($80,000.00). I had a noise from a tension bar bolt that had come loose. The video they share with you: The technician clearly states that there is a noise coming from the driver side rear suspension area when you “PUSH ON THE VEHICLE SIDE TO SIDE” you hear a popping noise and it is coming from the bolt on the tension bar he tightened and it fixed the noise. He fails to capture in the video the driver side rear panel of my truck that he had dented while pushing the vehicle side to side!! They reviewed all footage of my vehicle arriving clearly with no dents. Then after I pick it up I find two dents with hand prints on my vehicle. After arguing that they need to fix them they (Sonya) finally says my manager will agree to do paintless dent removal. I asked will that fix it? She said yes it should. Long story short they fixed it and I can still see ripples where the dents are. I showed them the unsatisfactory repair and their response is: “Well I don’t know what else we could do without replacing it!!” However they will not agree to that, and are not willing to fix it right!! Never at any point was the manager willing to speak to me nor did he care to get up from his office chair to look at the dents and understand my frustration. This service location is a complete joke! It is poorly managed and they do not care about their customers! I will never be going back there for anything and I still have a majority of my free advantage care that I will not be going back for!!!! I will never buy a vehicle here again. More

I called the dealership explained my situation and how I wanted to upgrade to a full size suv and how we were interested in the Tahoe. After talking with the dealer due to financing options we were unable t wanted to upgrade to a full size suv and how we were interested in the Tahoe. I did appreciate the fact that the dealer did not give up and told me to give them a little time and that they would look through Their inventory and see if they could find something that would fit my parameters. After 2 days they called me back and we were able to make a deal on a Nissan Armada which fit what I was looking for. The simple fact that the dealership when above and beyond to find something that would work and help me to upgrade to a bigger suv is what will lead me to recommend them to friends and family. And if in the future I need another vehicle this dealership will be the first on my list to contact. More

We have used Ken Garff for our auto needs for many years. We have been quite satisfied with them, but I was disappointed with my most recent experience there. And the car wash that was included in the oil change package appeared to be only a car rinse. I felt there could have been some improvement in the service I received this time. More
