I was having issues on my 2004 Jeep. I talked with Henri in the service department. She was friendly and took time with me go over different options for my repair and time frame. ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP! Think about it, would you waste your time writing a two page thesis on: Why you, or your business is hysterically happy, spending huge amounts of money over an extended period waste your time writing a two page thesis on: Why you, or your business is hysterically happy, spending huge amounts of money over an extended period time? THESE RESPONSES AREN'T FROM PEOPLE WHO WANT YOU TO KNOW THE TRUTH. However, last response tells the truth. Its identical to our experience; and its buried under a bunch of crap...hmm? The car was advertised as having premium wheels; that raises the MSRP -the price you and I pay. The tires and the wheels (rims) were switched out for cheap knock offs, bought from a guy who does detailing. We have complete proof of this switch. We didn't think it would be a problem to fix. They cant fix anything. The notion of being accountable is too much; it sends these creeps, Brian Gibby and Jason Volny into a rambling tissy of far fetched excuses. We tried to resolve this with Jeremy Day, the customer service rep. However, he is in a meeting everyday, lasting at least 4-6 hours. If Jeremy Day was my grandson, He would be a sad disappointment to his grandma. The name 'Henry Day has been around for a long time, before this, I believed that meant something good. I'm so dumb! The name Henry Day means: The crooks who are 'smarter' at ripping your friends and family off. More

We had gone to another dealership, and they gave us the run-around...not Henry Day! It was an amazing experience, and we were in and out with our certified pre-owned Ford Flex in no time. "Big Rob" was amazing as a salesman. No pressure. He gave us honest answers and did not try to over sell us. We had a price range in mind and he helped us find what we were looking for. We pressure. We almost didn't buy from them because earlier in the day we looked at the same vehicle and a different salesman was cold and arrogant. We came back later to look again and Rob was there and ready to help in any way he could. The finance manager (I can't remember his name)was great to work with us as well. Our Credit Union had quoted one rate and then switched to a higher rate after we had made a deal. He found us better financing than we had originally secured from the CU. The service dept is a different story. We needed a couple of minor things looked looked at. It took 2 wks to get an appointment and misplaced it. They then made my wife wait for 1 1/2 hrs. while they determined if they were even authorized to look at the vehicle. They claimed they couldn't duplicate the problem. They did a good job fixing a loose panel on the passenger side door that we were not planning on them fixing. More
Great dealership! I took my car in for breaks and roaters, they were very honest and up front of what me car needed. They do not try to sell me something that I don't need. Hands down best cars dealer services at Henry Day Ford. Everyone was very professional. The salesman Michael Midgley was great. He wasn’t pushy and he answered all of our questions. Michael was great to deal with and I would recommend him to everyone I know if they would like a great car salesman to deal with. Also dealt with Paul St. Clair for the paperwork/finance portion and he was very professional and down to earth as well. In addition to that we also met Dave Kilpack and he was extremely accommodating and very nice and thoughtful/professional. Henry Day Ford in West Valley City has tremendous customer service and I will be going there for my future purchases. More
I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR WARRANTY SERVICE THAT IN MY OPION WAS A SAFTY FACTOR AND SINCE MY VEHCLE WAS ALREADY THERE FIX A COLD AIR LEAK ON THE PASSANGER SIDE THAT FREEZES MY WIFE ALSO THE DRIVERS WINDOW OPION WAS A SAFTY FACTOR AND SINCE MY VEHCLE WAS ALREADY THERE FIX A COLD AIR LEAK ON THE PASSANGER SIDE THAT FREEZES MY WIFE ALSO THE DRIVERS WINDOW VIBRATES AND JUMP WHEN ITS ROLLED DOWN I WAS TOLD I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE BRAKES THAT VIBRATE SOMETIMES VIOLANTLY IT WAS TOO COLD AND RAINING TO CHECK THE AIR LEAK IN THE PASSENGER SIDE AND I WAS TOLD THE DRIVERS DOOR WAS TAKEN APART AND THE FACTORY TOLD THEM TO DO NOTHING PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. IM THINKING IS THIS THE DEALERSHIP I BOUGHT FROM? More
Mike was very friendly, and not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions, and let us run a few errands in the car, before we purchased it, so we could get a feel for the car. We were given a tour of the dealership by Bill, and everyone was very nice. I had some questions about service on the car we already owned, and was introduced to Jake. He was very helpful, and gave me a quote. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 on customer service was, because when we went for our appointment to sign the papers with Paul. He was helping someone else. We were told to have a seat in the customer waiting area, and they would come and get us. It wouldn't be very long. After waiting 30 to 40 min. I went to see how much longer it would be, and discovered he had left the building. So we had to wait another 15 minutes or so, for Julio to finish helping someone before getting help. It was the only car I ever bought new or used that only came with one key. Because the key has a computer chip in it. Now I have to find the time and money to get another one made. We were not pleased, and currently have to share one key. Overall we had good experience and would recomend Henry Day Ford to others. Thanks! Mike Oliver More
