From the moment we contacted this dealership online, we could instantly tell that buying a car through this team was going to be a different experience than what we were used to. Melad was fantastic! Lights out. Systems down. Full blackout. Most places would've sent us home and called it a day. They kept us comfortable, consistently updated, and I kid you not, bought us dinner as well. By the time the lights came back on and the computers fired back up, we were still there, ready to sign, and honestly kind of impressed. They stayed right until the very end to make sure we drove away in our car that night. That's great customer service with a whole different level of dedication.
