Avoid this dealership's service department at all costs. They kept my car for two full weeks, only to accomplish absolutely nothing. I originally brought it in for a standard alignment, and they completely messed it up. The car drives worse now than it did before I handed them the keys. To make matters worse, their communication is non-existent. I have been calling repeatedly to get them to correct their mistake, and no one is willing to help or take accountability. They dodge calls and offer zero solutions. Keeping a vehicle for two weeks just to return it in a worse (and potentially unsafe) condition—and then ghosting the customer—is completely unprofessional. I will never bring my vehicle back here, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your car fixed right the first time. More
