I truly had the best experience ever buying my new Ford Bronco at Ken Grody. The entire team there is fantastic and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Luis, who made the sale of my car so easy on me. He was respectful, courteous, and personable. He handled everything with grace and took the best care of me as a customer. Much better than any other experiences i've had buying a car. Ask for Luis! Francisco assisted with my finance and he was awesome too. He was very transparent and genuinely wanted the best for me. I trust these two, and i'm lucky to have worked with them! More

Bought a pre-owned 2025 BMW 5 Series from Ken Grody Ford. Impeccable service, transparent no pressure process with a very easy and fair negotiation process. This dealership is definitely operating in 2026 un Impeccable service, transparent no pressure process with a very easy and fair negotiation process. This dealership is definitely operating in 2026 unlike many other dealerships! When I took delivery of the vehicle, I was only presented with one key. I let the salesman know but did understand that the deal was very aggressive and I am buying a pre-owned vehicle. I wa s at peace understanding that I may have to buy another key but the salesman said he would do what he could to locate another FOB. About a week later, I got a text message with a photo of the spare key and key card. I feel like my salesman could have easily blown me off but instead stayed persistent and located the extra fob and card!!! Love it!!! More

I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the entire process stress-free. My salesperson, Marice, took the start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the entire process stress-free. My salesperson, Marice, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car within my trade. The manager, Channa, also worked with me to make sure everything fit comfortably within my budget. The financing process was smooth and clearly explained, with no hidden surprises. I really appreciated the transparency when it came to pricing and the vehicle’s history. The car itself was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases. More

The easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Agreed on an out the door price with a few emails and only spent 20 minutes at the dealership. Truck was dropped off next day. made.
