I recently picked up my preordered truck after a year of waiting for Ford to build it. I felt very disrespected here. They seemed to have made fun of my father the second we walked in by making jokes about the way he brought his things. We waited for awhile As well. They seem to put this horrible persona of good guys until you decide you don’t want to buy a car than they turn rude. I disliked how they tried to make us feel bad for going all the way up to Carlsbad and not wanting to buy a car in the end because honestly the prices were insane. If you have a family member who’s gullible and sees their ad expecting a good deal for cheap , this is not the place!! Go to local dealers you will probably find better deals and better treatment too. More

a 2019 f150 was purchased on November 2022. I tried to turn the radio on my drive home and it did not work. then, later I got the front camera sensor apear on dash board. A month of owning the car and the passenger door doesn't open from the inside. today, the alarm went off and doesn't stop until I disconnect the battery. My old 1998 Mazda b400 didn't give me this much trouble. Customer service keeps telling me to bring in the truck but the truck has basically been at the dealer more day than with me. $47000 dlls and I think I got a lemon. I need to talk to the GM to see if he is willing to help me better. i took the truck to ford in el cajon and I was told to ask the dealer to just give me a different truck because of how many issues. Ive owned the truck for 2 months and only driven it for like a week. More

Adding over $8,000 in dealer mark up when no one else in the area does. Go to other fords in the area. Completely horrible management! !!! Saleem and Sergie were cool though…. I assume it was their bosses and coworkers were beyond 100% jerks to my wife and son. I was warned not to go !!!
