Angel Martinez was outstanding in identifying a used 2015 Yukon SLT. Paloma Arroyo was exceptional to address delivery of vehicle title. The only fob provided was and is so worn the symbols are gone. As promised, the second fob arrived a week later also terribly worn. The second fob will not program to the vehicle nor is the cut key useable. One would consider a more professional exchange to address the condition of both fobs somewhere in the sale-to-delivery process. The state of the two fobs is a frustrating disappointment. In closing, the battery held 8.2 volts (normal is 12.5V) requiring a replacement a week later not to mention a tow service to start the vehicle to drive. Clearly room for improvement. More
