I bought a new Civic Hybrid from Dublin in November 2002. It just so happened to be during the dockworkers strike which delayed my car's arrival by serval weeks. In addition, I oringinally had lined up a loan with AAA but Dublin managed to find a slightly better rate with a bank they regularly work with.<br><br>Since then I have put over 30,000 miles on the Civic (30+ mile commute to work, one way) without a problem. Dublin sends me reminders for regular check-ups which I always take advantage of (I'm not very good at organization).<br><br>The service department is thorough and professional, and maintains its own parts business in a store next to the dealership. I drop my car off first thing in the mornings (they start at 7:00am) and it's usually ready by 8:30-9:00am -- and they're service department is always busy.<br><br>In short, I went to Dublin (and not my local Fremont dealer) because they were straightforward, honest, and trustworthy.
