From start to finish their customer service was phenomenal. Ella Ames greeted us when we first drove onto the lot. She took the time to really listen to our family's needs and took seriously our budgetary concerns. Her father, Ken Houtz, came out to personally greet us, the second time we visited. Gary Crawford, explained every detail of the vehicle we were interested in and took my wife on a test drive. We wanted a gently used Chevrolet Traverse. They promised to find us exactly the vehicle we were looking for. Jeff Hogge emailed us vehicles from around the country with absolutely NO pressure to purchase. Within a week, he found exactly what we were looking for in New York. He kept in contact with us throughout the shipping process. When the vehicle arrive it was perfect! Ed Burrows took us through all the paperwork and discussed optional services with no attempt to sell us anything we didn't need. There was no haggling, no surprises, just a straight forward, very friendly: what you see is what you get, experience. Father's Day Weekend Truck Buying My husband and I had been looking for a truck for months! However I'd been talking to numerous dealerships within a few days and Ken Houtz was one of the dealerships I'd come across online looking for a truck and trying to get a price quote off of their website. They were very fast on the response with Teresa Sanger responding to me first, then I'd come in contact with Ella Ames! She's AMAZING! She doesn't lie to you or bring any of the nonsense that is mostly brought with the sales industry! She's upfront and honest about everything! Ken Houtz is who we dealt with when buying our vehicle and he done a great job as well! He was very nice and understood what we wanted out of our truck. Knew we couldn't afford an expensive truck but yet was reasonable on the pricing and dealt with our baby crying on our test drive! He got an amazing deal on it, and talked about how great everyone was there. I have to agree that everything he told us was 100% accurate. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The owner personally came out and talked with my husband and I and made sure that we were 100% satisfied and that he found every possible rebate towards our purchase. We had our mind set on one vehicle and it was not feasible for us, so he made sure to work with us and make suggestions until we had found something we loved and could afford. The financing department gave us options for payment and allowed us to make the best choice for us. Tony was excellent at giving us a tutorial of everything on our brand new vehicle including how to use all of the fancy new infotainment system options. Overall, this dealership is by far the best one I have ever been to and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

The best in all respects! I have been waiting for this car for 30 years. Ken, Ella and Tony made it happen - quicker and easier than I had anticipated. After my order, I was frequently updated by phone and pleasingly surprised at the earliness of delivery. I was greeted with my car in perfect presentation condition. I was given a number of service and warranty options, all of which were explained to me by Ella better than I have ever had before. I bought most. Tony showed me the ins and outs of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. I will take my car there for all care. As a previous owner of several BMW's , corvettes and others, I find the "rural" dealership of Ken Houtz to be in the superior category in all respects. More
