"Worth 45 mile drive"
When I was shopping for a new car I shopped dealership as well as car. How I am treated after sale is important. One year later they are still treating me better than most dealership s would if I was buying a new car. They can not seem to do enough to give great experience.

Welcomed by Salesperson Malek Mahmoud when out on lot browsing. Once we told him what our interest was, he was professional in how he handled our situation and what we wanted. Once we had an interest in a vehicle, he brought it right outside the showroom so we could look closely at it. Inside, Malek answered our questions and concerns, and Dave Chesko also joined in to explain and assist with our decision..no pressure, just info and facts. Vehicle price info and associated costs were gone over and an amazingly easy credit application was filled out. We were optimistic on the outcome based on the input from Malek and Dave. We were told we would receive our loan answer the next day, which we did and, happy the way Drew (finance manager) handled the loan process and got us a great loan interest rate. Also met and was impressed with service manager Dave Grover and the services offered. On the Outlander pick up day, all went extremely smooth with Malek and also Drew with a relatively painless and fast financial, loan signing session. Took about an hour from arrival until driving away with our new Outlander.
