Ken Pollock Mitsubishi

I have taken my Outlander Sport here for service since I bought it new in 2018. I dropped it off last night to have the summer tires installed, have the oil changed, and to fix the oxygen sensor wires that bought it new in 2018. I dropped it off last night to have the summer tires installed, have the oil changed, and to fix the oxygen sensor wires that are hanging underneath. They informed me that where the oxygen sensor wires mount and a couple other exhaust shields rotted off the vehicle and that the repairs wouldn't be covered by warranty even though I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car. The service representative made it sound like it was perfectly normal for a 5 year old car with 66k miles to have parts falling off of it. I will not be going there again. They lost me as a customer for good. More

Service Dept. Stopped to see if I could get my vehicle serviced and tires rotated without a appointment and was treated great. I asked if I could wait and told them I was in no hurray, they took my vehicle in, offered me something to drink and a snack in a very pleasant waiting room. Dave, the service manager, treated me with respect and is very friendly, even offered to wash my vehicle before I left, but passed because it was clean. Will be coming back again and will recommend your dealership to other people. My experience in the past with Dave in your service department has also been very good. More
