I've had my truck into their shop 3 times. They're tech told my husband that there was an issue while doing a ride along. Got it back to the shop & then they say there's "no issue". Looked at several ford sites & spoke to another ford dealer & they said its a "common issue". Yet K.S.F. Will not do anything. Its under warranty & I purchased an extended warranty for a reason. Our salesman Phillip Marlowe (didn’t require us to be a detective), Naw, this wasn’t a Raymond Chandler kinda story because everything was made clear and easily understood from the moment we first drove the car til the end of the paper work on our purchase. We got the royal treatment from this dealership the first time we went there with our salesman and the sales manager and business office representative all staying almost 3 hours late just to accommodate us. There was no high pressure sales shenanigans but only a “how can I help ya’ll drive out in the car you want?” Phillip Marlowe was a great salesman at a fine dealership! More

Cameron, after hearing my situation, along with Mr Phillip the shop foreman, proceeded to isolate and fix my engine trouble. They got on the phone with our vehicle repair maintenance department for our company and got the repairs approved and my truck fixed by the very next day! I am able to go home on time, and in time for the Easter holiday thanks to the most excellent professional customer service that happened at Ken Stoepel Ford. This caliber of service has been rare for me to find traveling around. About 50% of dealerships no matter which brand, FAILS. This dealership is the exception. Thank you Cameron and Phillip. More
