I've had my truck into their shop 3 times. They're tech told my husband that there was an issue while doing a ride along. Got it back to the shop & then they say there's "no issue". We got the royal treatment from this dealership the first time we went there with our salesman and the sales manager and business office representative all staying almost 3 hours late just to accommodate us.
