I deliberately went to Stoepel Ford because it is a small town dealership. I grew up in a small town where the owners of all the dealerships were family friends and business associates and the personal service always made the business transaction more trusting and comfortable. At Stoepel, I was fortunate to meet John Finster, who after talking for a few moments discovered that we lived on the same block. John worked with me to get me in a car that I wanted and made sure that we kept the cost affordable for me. When I came back to get a new car, I didn't even think of going anywhere else because of the service that John and all of the Stoepel team have shown me. As I was waiting for John, I observed the goings on in the dealership... These people really like working together, and they all know what their task is and get it done with a smile. It was so delightful just to see these people do their job, because you could just tell that they were happy working there. John Finster and Stoepel Lincoln-Ford definitely have my recommendation.
