Small Town Service I purchased my second car from John Finster at Ken Stoepel Ford yesterday and am very happy with the car and the service I have received. I deliber I purchased my second car from John Finster at Ken Stoepel Ford yesterday and am very happy with the car and the service I have received. I deliberately went to Stoepel Ford because it is a small town dealership. I grew up in a small town where the owners of all the dealerships were family friends and business associates and the personal service always made the business transaction more trusting and comfortable. At Stoepel, I was fortunate to meet John Finster, who after talking for a few moments discovered that we lived on the same block. John worked with me to get me in a car that I wanted and made sure that we kept the cost affordable for me. When I came back to get a new car, I didn't even think of going anywhere else because of the service that John and all of the Stoepel team have shown me. As I was waiting for John, I observed the goings on in the dealership... These people really like working together, and they all know what their task is and get it done with a smile. It was so delightful just to see these people do their job, because you could just tell that they were happy working there. John Finster and Stoepel Lincoln-Ford definitely have my recommendation. More

replaced recently purchased 2013 explorer after purchasing a 2013 explorer ( certified) we experienced exhaust inside the car. Ford claims there is no problem. we researched this problem and after purchasing a 2013 explorer ( certified) we experienced exhaust inside the car. Ford claims there is no problem. we researched this problem and found that ford has had a large number of complaints of exhaust in the passenger compartment. there has been no recall. since they (ford) will not fix the problem, we traded the 2013 explorer back in after only 2 months and purchased a new 2017 edge. we are happy with the new car, but, are disappointed with ford. we have been ford users for many years and this is the first time we have had such a serious problem that ford can't or won't fix. More
