When I came back to pick up the truck when the repairs were finished. They called me daily the 4 days they had the vehicle giving me updates and sending pics of the progress. Also ensuring that a brand new motor was put into my vehicle at no cost at all to me. I would recommend anyone to go the extra distance to to make sure all your vehicle issues were handled here they are great. Great after-the-sale service I dropped by the Service Department without an appointment with a "just out of warranty" issue with my 3013 Edge. To my pleasant surprise, Tommy Terre I dropped by the Service Department without an appointment with a "just out of warranty" issue with my 3013 Edge. To my pleasant surprise, Tommy Terrell immediately diagnosed the problem and had a technician replace the part within just a couple hours. Further, he was able to cover the cost of the repair under the dealership's customer satisfaction program. He asked me what would make me happy, I told him, and he made it happen. They furnished me a rental car (No Charge) and they also picked up the 3 nights of motel bills that I occurred while being stranded. This dealership went beyond its means to do ever thing they could to make things right..
