Best Car Buying Experience I've Had I recently bought a used Ford Escape from Ken Stoepel with the help of Eric Slater. Eric made the process so easy and unlike most car dealerships and I recently bought a used Ford Escape from Ken Stoepel with the help of Eric Slater. Eric made the process so easy and unlike most car dealerships and salespeople, they weren't pushy. My dad has bought from them for years and now I see why. I got exactly what I asked for and their Finance Department worked hard with me so that I stayed in budget. I will definitely continue buying from KS in the future. More

Ken Stoepel Ford is outstanding at everything! I bought my F-150 from Gary Washington in late December 2018. He did everything I asked, including not pester me with what he had on the lot until he could p my F-150 from Gary Washington in late December 2018. He did everything I asked, including not pester me with what he had on the lot until he could put an order in for a 2019. I promptly screwed up and broke a plastic lens on a trailer-towing mirror that is a bit unusual on an F-150 - folds in electrically and looks pretty expensive. The Parts Dept was very helpful in chasing down a replacement lens correct for the mirror. Then David Cathey worked with me to get it installed quickly, as I was about to leave on a trip. Today I had my first experience with their Quick Lane service facility on an oil and filter change, general checkup, and tire rotation. I couldn't believe how efficient they were - Service Advisor Aron Rider has a growth on his left hand, actually an iPad secured by a leather strap. They are trying to get to completely paperless and are a good ways along on the project. OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP! (Check my other reviews - if it weren't so, I would have told you!) More
