Cigarette smoke smell in my new truck Marcy is great, and she is the reason I will come back. However, if this happens again, I won't come back to Edmark. Expectations exceeded My 2014 Kia Soul had a brake problem. Very grabby. I had taken it to the other dealer in Boise 3 times and said they had gone over the brake system My 2014 Kia Soul had a brake problem. Very grabby. I had taken it to the other dealer in Boise 3 times and said they had gone over the brake system and drove the car and could find no problem. I called Kia customer service dept. and explained the problem and they said they would call the dealer to hear what they had to say about it. Well, what do you think they are going to say, I said. I was told to try another dealer. This was an excellent suggestion, so I went to Edmark and talked to Clint Hutchison. I was amazed at the interest he and the tech. took in getting the problem resolved. They contacted Kia technical people and found that a part needed to be replaced. The replacement was done and the problem resolved. Clint even called a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with everything. My experience at Edmark Service Dept. was very pleasant and it is comforting to know there is a place you can take your car for top notch service. More
