I recently had my 2014 Acadia Denali serviced and the staff was very freindly and accommodating. I had a selt belt recall, oil change and tire rotatation performed. I ask if they could was the car for me as we had just come through a snow storm (we live in Elko Nevada) and the roads were really messy. Marcy, made sure the car got washed for me. The service process is very painless and quick. I have had just my oil changed at another dealer in Elko and I can anticipate waiting an hour or more. Cigarette smoke smell in my new truck Marcy is great, and she is the reason I will come back. However, if this happens again, I won't come back to Edmark.
