First of all, I was amazed at the discounted price Edmark offered on my new Kia Soul. After doing my research online, I expected to pay about the same price for a much less equipped vehicle. I have purchased 8 cars in Boise in the past 9 years. I have had only two good buying experiences; the first was with Saturn of Boise (which I found out this weekend was an Edmark dealership) and the secon have had only two good buying experiences; the first was with Saturn of Boise (which I found out this weekend was an Edmark dealership) and the second was this past weekend with Edmark Kia. I love how Edmark has a completely transparent buying process. There is no running to the back office to see what types of numbers some mysterious person is willing offer you as the "best deal" over and over. There is no question as to what you are paying for or what your options are. They even pulled up a list of all the vehicles I was considering on a spreadsheet so I could compare prices and trim levels. All the possible incentives were listed, too, so I could see what the MSRP was and what I would actually pay. It was amazing. Mr. Edmark himself even came over and introduced himself to me and asked me how the process was going for me. I will never go to any other dealership again. More

We went to Edmark as we have sor several of our vehicles. Ron Bovee is not just our salesperson, he is a trusted friend and loyal, knowledgeable employee/salesman. In our case, we had an 2010 Equinox that we had purchased at a competitor dealership that we were not happy with. Ron explained the possible problem and the reasons for the problem (tolerances). The explaination made sense, we upgraded our vehicle and Ron sold a new car! We live in snow country. Our Traverse handles just as Ron advised us it would. We received more than I expected as trade-in, the Sales Price was less than I expected and the service was great. We will continue to buy from Edmark and Ron Bovee as I have for the past 15 years or so. More

Both times the vehickes and salespersons (Jonathan last year and Dean this year)were ready for me upon my arrival and the paperwork went without delay as well. i will purchase additional vehicles from Edmark. The pricing is fair and the method used in conducting buisness is excellent instead of what is normally used by dealerships when it can take hours to come to agreement and then only after repeated (let me check with the manager to see what i can do) conversations from the salesperson.
