Disappointed Came in for my first oil change in a '15 Silverado I purchased there. I've owned numerous vehicles before and have always brought them to the purchase dealership for all my auto needs. Usually when I bring it in to the dealership for any type of work done, it's returned to me washed and cleaned. I was surprised that it wasn't. As someone who has worked in the Customer Service field many years I know it's small things you do for the customer that show sincerity and result in repeat business. I'll return for another oil change. But if it's the same then I'll probably start going to Peterson Chevrolet for business. More
