We left a earned review of this dealership which was unsatisfactory which they replied to and asked us to bring our car back to them, but then they said the damage was already there We. Had just got that car not 2 months ago and we had done the new car thing and had washed it probably 30 times and waxed, etc.. so we're hyper aware of every cosmetic flaw on our car. The damages done to it, which we're extensive because the whole front endd was shifted and both tips had cracked on both sides. Someone had run I to it in their back lot. I heard their guys. Talking about how crammed full it was back there which is probably why it happened. BUT it did happen in their lot while in their care! They should fix it but they copped out on doing so. More

While servicing my truck the broke my TPMS system. I never have them rotate my tires yet they were in the head and did it anyway. When I returned to pick up the truck, they told me that they couldn’t I never have them rotate my tires yet they were in the head and did it anyway. When I returned to pick up the truck, they told me that they couldn’t get the sensors and the wheels to sync with the system in the truck. Tried to get me to buy new ones when I’ve had already had them replaced. Three months previous ended up having to take them to one of our local tire shops to get it fixed. Interestingly enough, it only took them 20 minutes to get everything to sync back up. This was not an add-on system. This was the manufacture system that came with the truck, and the dealer couldn’t figure out how to make it work. Doesn’t give me a lot of confidence in the rest of the work they did. More

I was in between paychecks and couldn’t get an oil change which I was very stressed and worried about. I came in just to have my oil checked and topped off until I could pay for an oil change. Don't touch any hybrid or electric vehicles made by Chevy they won't back up their products. I bought a Chevy Volt a couple months ago from private party with 100k. Drove the car and loved it for the 500 miles I had it. Then it bricked. Brought it in and this was best they could do to help $8500. It is literally only a few months out of warranty. I bought the car for 10k to help my family with rising gas prices guess I failed my family. They are the only ones in the area that are certified to work on it and they won't install a refurbished junk yard battery that has 2 year warranty due to liability. What liability? I said I would sign any form they provide to make them feel comfortable. I am not impressed with Kendall at all they are only concerned about profit and have no compassion. More
