The counter staff is very polite and helpful. I was just in for an oil change. Unfortunately they failed to set the tire pressure. We left a earned review of this dealership which was unsatisfactory which they replied to and asked us to bring our car back to them, but then they said the damage was already there We. Had just got that car not 2 months ago and we had done the new car thing and had washed it probably 30 times and waxed, etc.. so we're hyper aware of every cosmetic flaw on our car. The damages done to it, which we're extensive because the whole front endd was shifted and both tips had cracked on both sides. Someone had run I to it in their back lot. I heard their guys. Talking about how crammed full it was back there which is probably why it happened. BUT it did happen in their lot while in their care! They should fix it but they copped out on doing so. More
