We took it for a test drive with him and worked out a deal with our trade in that we were very satisfied with. Sean was an excellent person to work with, not pushy, knowledgeable and if he didn't know something he got us an answer. I purchased my 2007 Tahoe new from Kendall. The sales experience was ok. Where Kendall really shines is in the service department. In the five years of dealing with Donovan Baker and twice with John K experience was ok. Where Kendall really shines is in the service department. In the five years of dealing with Donovan Baker and twice with John Keller, they are very consumer oriented, wanting every customer to be satisfied with their work. All the guys at Kendall Chevrolet were amazingly friendly! It was quite a process for me as I'm a student and needed to end up getting a co-signer so that I could get into my car. The guys were very up front about my options...they didn't waste my time and they made me feel that I was being treated fairly and honestly. When I came in with my dad to finally do everything I got the same guy I'd been working with the entire time. Alan was amazing! He was friendly, to the point, and enthusiastic for me and with me! They cleaned the car, filled the tank up, and made it look amazing while we were doing paperwork with Mark, who was also a great guy! He got me an extended warranty and fit it into my monthly payments range and into my overall budget that I wanted to stay within while financing. The terms were great and he was a pleasure to work with! They gave me an excellent value on my trade in and I would recommend them to any person out there looking for excellent service, no hassle and up front people, and a great car buying experience! More

I had just filled it the day before I received the $35,000 Cadillac SRX with only a 1/4 tank of gas. That just does not seem quite right in my opinion. And then, there is Mark to the rescue, the valliant and handsome Mark coming to the damsel in distress over gas and offers the nice lady to come in and see him the next time she needs gas. We had a defective exhaust manifold and gaskets replaced on our 2008 Chevy Malibu. Service was efficient and timely. Bret provided good communication about the problem and solution.
