I purchased a 2023 used vehicle from Kendall in March and still do not have a title 3 months later and now the general manager of the used car dept. will not return phone calls. I ran a VIN report and it app still do not have a title 3 months later and now the general manager of the used car dept. will not return phone calls. Another Outstanding Experience at Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram! This is our 4th Dodge, and once again, the experience was nothing short of amazing! We stopped by the dealership after work as my current Jeep Ram! This is our 4th Dodge, and once again, the experience was nothing short of amazing! We stopped by the dealership after work as my current lease was coming to an end, and thanks to the incredible team, I was able to drive off that same day in one of our dream cars: the 2025 Daytona Scat Pack 2nd Generation. What a ride! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the same warm, professional, and genuinely helpful service that keeps us coming back. Eddy, our sales rep, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Frank, the Finance Manager, made sure our approval process was fast, easy, and surprisingly stress-free, plus, the deal we got from the bank was unbeatable! And of course, none of this would be possible without Willy, the GM, who consistently sets the tone for excellence across the board. The attention to detail, the speed of service, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. It's rare to find this level of consistency and care, but Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram nails it every time. If you're in the market for a new car or lease, do yourself a favor and head over to Kendall. I can’t say enough about how fantastic our experience was. 5-star service all around, highly recommended!
