Very low quality customer service and service advisor. My vehicle had to go twice to fix the same issue. The first time it was impossible to get follow up about the vehicles status. A full week went by ( My vehicle had to go twice to fix the same issue. The first time it was impossible to get follow up about the vehicles status. A full week went by (no car loaner was offered to me although my car is under warranty) with no successful communication after 3-4 attempts from my side to get my vehicle status. Spoke with receptionist, AI, left voice messages, and no luck, no answer back from the service advisor assigned (Juan Dieppa) neither from the service Manager. I was trying to get a phone call back from the manager after promise by the receptionist and no luck. Finally I got a call back to let me know about the issues with the car and that parts were ordered… a week or so later I picked up the car expecting that all the problems were going to be solved and by surprise while driving home I noticed that one of the problem was not solved (Stop/Start not working). They claimed the secondary battery was problem and was changed, but that did not solved the problem. When I arrived home I noticed a big scratch on my car that was not in the pictures taken when I dropped off the car at the dealership. Unfortunately I noticed the scratch at the house when parked. Fortunately I was able to remove the scratch with some products. Two days later I took the car back, they said that the service tech that was working on my car was not int that day and that I had to come back the next day. I really got frustrated with this answer after everything I went through. It is impossible to fathom that no one can take care of my issues because the service advisor was out that day (Thursday). I asked one more time for the service manager (Christian), I wanted an explanation of why I had to wait for a specific service advisor (Juan) to take care of my problem. I finally got to speak with the manager (Cristian). I explained the whole story from the beginning and then asked someone else can take over my case. He supposed reassigned the case to someone else to expedite the fix (again no loaner vehicle was given, this time they said they didn’t have any available). Here I go again for the second week without vehicle. At the forth working day without any sign of communication I decided to call again for status (dropped the car Thursday and now it was Tuesday). At the service department no one could tell me the status of my vehicle because the service advisor (Juan) was out again. I couldn’t believe it, it was happening again!!! I asked for the service manager and again couldn’t talk to him because he was out as well!! Next day I receive a call from the service advisor (Juan) to tell me that they don’t have a status of my vehicle yet!!! Four days gone, no one has seen the vehicle!!! Again, no vehicle loaner, I have no car, my car is basically parked at the leadership waiting for a mechanic to diagnose. I vented out a told him that I should have kept my car (which was drivable) until they were ready to work on the car! He said they can’t do that. To cut in the story, they call me next day tell me that the car was ready, that the problem was the secondary battery… wait didn’t they said and was on paper that they changed the secondary battery during the first visit…. At this point I was drained, I just wanted my car back and put an end to this experience. I bought a vehicle in this dealership 12 years ago, I can tell that the service is not the same. More

Upon drop off attention was good and complete, but poor communication during process and when I picked up my vehicle, had to wait for a long time and my visors which got replaced are different one had yell communication during process and when I picked up my vehicle, had to wait for a long time and my visors which got replaced are different one had yellow light the other led wht lights.
