The salesperson was friendly, however, the sales tactics, in my opinion, were unethical. It was not clear what the actual price of the car was because of the several "add-ons" such as the "paint protection" in my opinion, were unethical. It was not also clear what was the actual dealer fee that was been charged during the price negotiation stage. During the financing stage of the sale, it was much worse. It was hard to tell what was the actual sales price of the vehicle when compared to the agreed upon sales price with the salesperson. The monthly cost of the additional services that were offered were misrepresented. At one point in the transaction the finance person, Jesus Lopez, indicated that the actual monthly cost of the extended warranty, gap insurance and one additional product was only $25.00 dollars per month on a 60 month term when in fact was close to $100.00. I highly recommend to ask for a print out of each financing scenario that it is been presented and compare them side by side to be able to assess the actual sales price of the vehicle and amount to finance. I had not experience this type of sales tactics in a long time. I thought the industry had significantly improved over the years. The whole experience felt extremely dishonest. This whole experience was made much worse by the fact that the whole transaction was done in front of 18 year old daughter for whom I was buying the car. More
