The service took way longer than I was told it would take. While my vehicle was in their possession they got a screw stuck in the tire. They said the screw must’ve been there however my truck inspection take. While my vehicle was in their possession they got a screw stuck in the tire. They said the screw must’ve been there however my truck inspection report did not indicate anything wrong with my tires and when they brought me back my vehicle the screw was brand new which was obvious it had just happened. Multiple calls later to the dealer they refuse to provide a solution for their mistake they offered to sell me a new tire. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. No accountability for The damage to my tire. More

This dealership made me spend $1,800 and didn’t resolve the issue with my SRT. They replaced parts that had nothing to do with the issue of my truck even though I said it in multiple occasions. The mechani the issue with my SRT. They replaced parts that had nothing to do with the issue of my truck even though I said it in multiple occasions. The mechanic only went by the codes and didn’t listen to my complaints. At end, I had to get rid of my truck. It was a 2015 GC SRT with only 33k miles on it. Horrible experience. I had 8 Grand Cherokee since 2010. Two SRT, Summit, Laredo, Overland, and High Altitude. No more Jeeps for me after this experience. More

Had such a great experience with Chris. Came in to trade in my lease for another lease and cars where limited however there was this one I really liked. Chris didn’t give me the normal go back and fourth on in my lease for another lease and cars where limited however there was this one I really liked. Chris didn’t give me the normal go back and fourth on a good deal. Left with what I was hoping for and my Jeep is gorgeous. Also my second key wasn’t available until the following week but Chris kept me in the loop and drove to my house personally to drop off the key. I will def go back after my lease is up to this place. Much more friendlier and knowledgeable than the other Jeep dealer by sunset. I left there disappointed and it was turned around by Kendall Dodge. Thank you jMS More
