This is what I wrote to the dealer and I included all the information requested: Hi there, You asked for contact of who wrote the following at “DealerRater.com”: “Worst experience ever ... read carefully because their documents contradict what they say. After asking questions about the documents vis-a-vis what they previously said, they told me they would not sell me the car (after 2 hrs at the pace). Something like this has never happened to me. Be safe, never use this place ... crazy!” Specifically, what happened was that after I had a deal in place, the new vehicle was outside and my financing had been approved; I went in to talk to the closing guy. He starts telling me about various additional insurance that Kendal Dodge wants to sell to me and I tell him I do not want any of them. He then proceeded to tell me that the vehicle had two of them ([1] Paint & Interior protection, and [2] Traceable Theft Protection) and that I had to pay for them. I made him an offer to split the cost but he talked to someone and they said no. I was so tiered that I said fine; however, then he gave me a document to sign stating that purchasing those two items was not a condition to the purchase. It clearly was a condition to the purchase. What the document states is “The purchase of the items listed and other optional items is not required and is not a factor in securing financing.” I told him that I would not sign a document that contained clearly false information. Thereafter, he came back and told me that his manager no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle. So, I wonder why would that be after all financing was approved and I had spent 45 minutes there while they were trying to upsell me on stuff. Clearly they made those items as required for me to purchase the vehicle but they were not in the sticker ... why not? Looking at my review, it was actually kind!

Yes, my suggestion is pretty simple, I would train your salespeople to tell the truth and proper customer service. There were no misunderstandings...just out and out lies in order to take advantage of customers.
