Fantastic encounter with my sales rep, Nick Alfonso and a manager Kris. Walked away with a brand new 2020 Challenger Scat Pack for 39k out the door. Got home and found damage that occurred to the hood scoop, manager Kris. Walked away with a brand new 2020 Challenger Scat Pack for 39k out the door. Got home and found damage that occurred to the hood scoop, and front bumper before I bought the vehicle. Nick facilitated me dropping the car off to have the damage fixed, free of cost and offered a rental vehicle free of charge. I’ll be back to this dealership in the future. More

Angel Garcia is very rude and disrespectful I inquired about a vehicle the other day and received a call from a salesperson promptly which resulted in some preliminary conversation. I received a follow up call from the dealer that night but was unable to answer the phone at that very moment. I was able to call back yesterday morning at 1130am and the salesman’s manager answered and said my salesperson was unavailable, he said he would help me instead. I proceeded to give Angel my information and he seemed familiar with my deal. I’m going to get to the point, he proceeded to be rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I asked Angel in no uncertain terms to not over talk me as I tried to resume negotiations over the vehicle. For Angel to be in a position of leadership I find his people skills to be lacking, communication is critical in negotiations as well as patience...especially on a vehicle that is 2yrs old but still brand new. There is no excuse for being rude and disrespectful in the course of doing business. More
Worst experience ever ... read carefully because their documents contradict what they say. After asking questions about the documents vis-a-vis what they previously said, they told me they would not sell documents contradict what they say. I emailed him all day yesterday and this morning where I spoke to him right before I got on the road and told them I was on the way so I drove all the way from Orlando 3 1/2 drive after work for them to tell me the Jeep was sold this morning. Howard Wollaston was a life saver. He placed me in the same car different color also more features ( which was a plus) I am so grateful for Howard he knew I came all the way from Orlando to purchase a car from them and helped me out. If you go by KENDALL make sure to ask for Howard Wollaston thee best !! More

Also the seller wasnt very clear about no power doors I never even held the key until i was already signed No power locks and no way to unlock back doors from outside is a total pain the the rear end A week into the car and the radio and subwoofers blow and the service center said it is a normal thing when manufacture updates the radio.... if its common thing then why not prevent it before you sell me the car?!?!?!? Annoyinggg and unprofessional i would never sell something i knew was going to break in a week or first update if i could take it all back and not buy this car i would but i cant without getting penalized majorly Great thank you Kendall dodge for making me feel like a chump More
