Great sales team, financing department is incompetent. After a long search, purchased a Grand Cherokee Limited from KDCJR with all of the trims and options I wanted at a good price. Financed a portion of the sale and was convinced by financing department on some upscale insurances through Nation Safe Drivers. After returning home and researching insurances more thoroughly, decided to cancel additional insurances as per the policy (cancelable within 60 days from Effective Date. HSD cancelled insurances right away and provided proof of cancellation but advised refund needs to be arranged through KDCJR. Faxed KDCJR proof of cancellation, copies of policies numerous times and have spoken with the manager of finance department (James Spence) and my first contact there Charles Mitchell more than 6 times since then. Always promised a resolution but no returned call or refund. This turned a good sale into a bitter disappointment. I am forced to file complains with consumer finance regulation department, Florida department of commerce, BBB, and seeking legal advise for resolution. Buyer beware if shopping at KDCJR. More
