I love the dealership. The staff are always pleasant and professional. However, this particular visit, I met with a service agent who was a bit misleading. I don’t think he intended to be but he mislead me to believe that there were “add ons” such as tire rotation and filter changes that were covered under my prepaid package. I found out at the end of the service (after everything already had been done) that I was being charged for the add ons. It was too late to dispute it at that point. I did not like that.
