Problem with my 6 month old car still not solved, even after two visits and the car held for over 7 weeks total. Horrible communication of what’s going on. Vehicle delivery disaster (imagine the filthy after two visits and the car held for over 7 weeks total. Horrible communication of what’s going on. Escalation with upper management doesn’t work either. Senior leader commit to inspect, but it’s all talk. Find another dealer if you can. More
