Today Monday August 31st I got my car back after seventeen days, it took ten days for the service department to look at it before finding the problem and giving a quote and a week to fix the issue. seventeen days, it took ten days for the service department to look at it before finding the problem and giving a quote and a week to fix the issue. Although my car is not under warranty the prices for labor at this place are ridiculous compared to others but was stuck paying because you are charged $375 just for them to look for the problem. Hugo with service is solid and not the issue. There is zero communication and outrageous pricing with long waits to get your car back. After paying today I waited one hour and 45 minutes to receive my car from the gentleman that went to the back to go get it for me. He came back several times with multiple excuses of being blocked in, having to move cars and then “being in a lot with mud” there was one person in front of me and it grew to eight behind be before several people reached out to a manager. They then sent over 2 people that helped get everyone else’s cars yet mine still took another 45 minutes ontop of the hour had already waited. I spoke to the other guys helping and my service advisor and still I was last to get it. The same thing happened in may when I was last there for a recall. Not only did they waste my time and I was late to pick up my kid from school my car is dirty and full of mud as pictured. This place is not transparent, doesn’t value their customers, overpriced and unprofessional. Go somewhere else More
