They didn’t test the vehicle for the actual problem. They decided to replaced my tires and say the problem was corrected when it wasn’t. Service Manager was polite and professional. Listened to my needs. Needed to return vehicle after first visit as one issue wasn’t fixed. Upon 2nd pickup, the issue remained not fixed.
